Facility Use Requirements

• A room-use agreement must be completed and signed by the user, and must include any special requirements or agreements.
• No food or drinks allowed in the sanctuary; only water.
  
• Users are responsible for setting up and returning all items to their original location.
• Decorations or items brought in must be removed after the event.
• Rooms must be restored to their original state of cleanliness; cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and taking extra trash out behind cottage. 
• Upon request, set-up and cleaning may be provided for an additional fee.
• All events must end by 10 p.m. and the facility vacated by 10:30 p.m.
• No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
• At all times, noise must be kept to a minimum as we are in a residential neighborhood and have houses very close to the buildings.  Complaints from neighbors may result in the user not being allowed to use the premises again.
• All multiple-use renters must carry all licenses, insurance, etc. as required by state, county, and city agencies.
