We have all felt that spark of joy, that feeling that arises all by itself. That emotion that leaves us feeling alive, secure, and knowing that everything is OK. Joy is outside the control of our will, yet we can always make more space for joy and we can also invite it. Joy is a surprise, a confirmation that something is going right in our lives, and leave us with the feeling of immense well-being.
